Things to be done range greatly as you can well imagine (the list below gives you some idea) but you are welcome to suggest ways you might be able to help out.

Advertising/promotion, facilities set-up, reception staff, sponsorship, fund-raising, food and beverage service, artists contact and booking, music/audio operations, lighting assistance, media relations (interviewing/writing), electrical work, chair set up, park clean-up after hours, performance platform carpentry, photography, park security.
